The GTC contain the terms and conditions of use of the Website by the User (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

2.1 Responsibility
2.1.1.1 The information on the Website is provided in good faith but is for information purposes only and the Service Provider accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information.

2.1.3. The User shall be fully and exclusively responsible for his own conduct, in which case the Service Provider shall cooperate fully with the competent authorities in order to detect any infringements.
2.1.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the privacy practices and other activities of such service providers.
2.1.5. The Service Provider is entitled, but not obliged, to monitor the content that Users may make available when using the Website, and the Service Provider is entitled, but not obliged, to look for indications of illegal activity with regard to the content published.

The Service Provider is the copyright owner or the authorised user of all content displayed on the Website and in the course of providing the services available through the Website: any copyrighted works, images, sound and text content and their arrangement, as well as other intellectual property (including, but not limited to, all graphics, images and other materials, the layout, editing, software and other solutions, ideas and implementations used). Therefore, the Website, its graphic elements, images, text and technical solutions are the intellectual products of the provider and are protected by copyright. Their reproduction in whole or in part infringes copyright.

3.1.3. All activities aimed at delisting, organising, archiving, hacking or decrypting the Service Provider’s database are prohibited, unless the Service Provider gives its express permission. It is prohibited to modify, copy, insert new data or overwrite existing data by bypassing the advertising management interface or search engines provided by the Service Provider without a separate agreement or without using the service provided for this purpose.
